Visual Identity
This visual identity project was created for the capital city’s zoo in Brazil. Their former brand lacked visibility and coherence, leading to inconsistent applications. With upcoming events like the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the zoo needed a recognizable identity.
The simple and direct solution, including inspirations on a jaguar tail and Brasília's urban essence of open spaces, ensured quick recognition amid various animal attractions.
Originally made towards my graphic design major graduation at the University of Brasília, I later presented the project to the Zoo's Board of Directors. They approved it and immediately incorporated my ideas, creating a strong and lasting identification with the public.
